Join Adriana Leone, RYT-500 and Integrative Mind-Body Therapist, for a two-hour workshop designed to help you reclaim deep, restorative rest. Learn practical sleep hygiene strategies, explore the mind-body connection between rest and well-being, and experience gentle, therapeutic practices to calm the nervous system. You’ll reflect on your current sleep habits, design a personalized evening routine, and leave with tools to support better sleep, balance, and peace of mind in the new year. Please bring a mat, blanket or large towel to the workshop. Any included floor exercises will also be able to be adapted to a chair.
