A total solar eclipse is coming to Lorain County on Monday, April 8! Thanks to the generosity of the Space Science Institute, the Amherst Public Library has a limited number of solar eclipse viewing glasses available via registration.

Learn breathing techniques to clear the mind and be present in the moment as instructor Cindy Miller leads you through movements to stretch and strengthen muscles that support the joints and flexibility. These classes are suitable for all ages and experience levels. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated. (Bottle filling stations are available on both floors of the library.)
