Learn breathing techniques to clear the mind and be present in the moment as instructor Cindy Miller leads you through movements to stretch and strengthen muscles that support the joints and flexibility. These classes are suitable for all ages and experience levels. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated.
