Good balance is essential for our daily life activity, and Tai Chi can help improve your balance and confidence at any age. This class focuses on the basic movements of Tai Chi to improve balance, flexibility, and coordination while strengthening muscles of the ankles, knees, hips, and legs. No previous Tai Chi experience is needed. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and closed shoes (no sandals or flip flops). Attendees are encouraged to bring along a water bottle. (Bottle filling stations are available on both floors of the library.)
