Age-appropriate toys and books will be available for both babies and caregivers to enjoy some play time and social time at the library. Learn breathing techniques to clear the mind and be present in the moment as istructor Cindy Miller leads you through movements to stretch and strengthen muscles that support the joints and flexibility. These classes are suitable for all ages and experience levels. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated.
