Sew Fun - Hot/Cold Pack

Join us for four weekly sewing classes with instructor Neta Kizzer this September! Reuse, Recycle, and Restyle with a new project every Monday at 6pm, September 9 - 30.

Attendees should have basic sewing machine skills and are required to bring their own sewing machine, thread, and pins. The library is not able to supply sewing machines. Additional supplies are required, depending on the weekly project. Please see the calendar entry for each week for full details.

For week two, attendees will be making Hot/Cold packs and should bring 100% cotton scrap fabric, an old flannel shirt, or old towels/cloths. Rice for filling the packs will be provided. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own filler materials.

Please note: Old clothes brought in for these projects should be adult size.
