Meet us at the Amherst Township Park (44780 Middle Ridge Rd) for stories, songs, and outdoor fun designed for children of all ages and their caregivers. We’ll be at the park every Tuesday in June and July at 10:30am!

Get groovy with the Amherst Public Library! Join us out on the library’s front lawn and tie dye your choice of a pair of socks or a pillow case.

The Friends of the Amherst Public Library sponsor a morning book group that meets the 4th Wednesday of the month at 10am. 

Monthly general meetings of the Friends of the Amherst Public Library are scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of the month at 11:15am.

Drop in the second-floor lobby every Wednesday, June 11 through July 23, from 2pm - 5pm for our Summer Craft Days! We’ll provide everything kids need to make a fun craft!

Celebrate summer by making a paper mâché hot air balloon. All supplies will be provided, dress for a mess! Designed
for kids ages 10 and up. Registration is required. Please register each child separately.
