Our friends from Active for Life Fitness will be here every other month on the third Friday for a seated dancercise class! This month's class is TAP TIME! This unique class features gentle and fun seated tap dancing and exercise, using tap shoe covers that manually attach to the participant's shoes. This class is not only fun but fantastic for both brain and body. No dance experience necessary.
Registration is limited for this class due to the use of specialized equipment, but those on the waitlist may still be able to attend and will be contacted with full details.
