Our friends from Active for Life Fitness will be here every other month on the third Friday for a seated dancercise class! This month's class is SEATED HULA! Simply sit, sway like a palm tree, and smile as you learn the graceful art and dance of hula. Energize your body with gentle movements that lift your spirits and soothe your soul, while you enjoy tropical tunes and feel the rhythm right in your seat! No dance experience is necessary!
