Our friends from Active for Life Fitness will be here every other month on the third Friday for a seated dancercise class! This month's class is SEATED RHYTHM! Inspired by ballroom and Latin dancing, this dancercise class is all done while seated. It is designed for everyone! This class is like no other and features gentle and fun cha-cha and mambo steps coupled with basic exercises. Incredible for both brain and body. No dance experience necessary.
